CAT-Engineering was founded in Mannheim/Viernheim, Germany on November 27. 1992. The Founders are Dipl.-Ing.(FH) Robert Kuhn and Dipl.-Ing.(FH) Robert Strein. Both were working as Electronic design engineers at Alcatel at the time. They wanted to provide a high quality service for EMC-compliant PCB-Design.

Using the PCB-Design Software Zuken CR-5000 and CR-8000 CAT-Engineering has specialised in delivering high quality ECAD-Services. We have a long history of successful projects with a focus on EMC-compliant PCB-Design and hi-speed applications.

Thanks to our more than twenty years of experience we handle the most complex projects with extreme hi-speed-requirements (autonomous driving). We work with many customers in the fields of Automotive, Alternative energy generation and Avionics.
